Every mural is made to order. We print your approved design on premium cabinet grade birch plywood with a clear coated finish, precision cut the outline, sand the edge, and mount the sawtooth hanger. We make it in 1 to 3 business days and it arrives in 5 to 7 days.
Murals ship in a rigid, corner-protected box, face-padded. You'll get a tracking link the moment the label prints.
Shipping is free in the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, and international rates are calculated at checkout.
returns & replacements
Damaged or defective? We replace it free, full stop. Photograph the piece and the box within 14 days of delivery and send both to us. A replacement goes into production right away, no return shipping needed.
Not what you approved? The preview you sign off on is the exact file we print. Same code renders both. If your mural doesn't match your preview, that's on us and we remake it.
Because every piece is custom-printed with your photos, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Nobody else can buy your memories. Double-check size and photos in the preview before checkout (designing is free and unlimited).
